On September 18, 2014, WPCS International Incorporated (the “Company”) issued an open letter to stockholders in a press release providing for a year in review and a discussion on a proposal at the upcoming annual meeting of stockholders. The letter to stockholders contained within the press release will also be mailed to stockholders of record. A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.01 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
