On October 20, 2016, WPCS International Incorporated issued a press release announcing the appointment of Charles Benton, 58, as its Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Benton’s appointment was effective as of September 29, 2016. A copy of a press release announcing this appointment is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
