Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of
Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory
Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 6, 2019, Mr. Brian Harrington notified the board of
directors (the “Board”) of DropCar, Inc. (the
“Company”) of his resignation as a member of the Board,
effective immediately. Mr. Harrington’s resignation was
voluntary and to pursue other professional endeavors and not the
result of any disagreement with the operations, policies or
practices of the Company.
